Technician Spotlight on Logan Callaway
Logan is a 3 Year Ford Master Certified Service Technician. He is a 2017 graduate of Broken Bow High School and a 2019 graduate of the Ford Asset Program at Southeast Community College in Milford, NE.
Logan has spent his entire life tinkering and working on things and has always dreamed of working in the automotive industry. He chose the Ford Blue Oval because he grew up in a Ford family and has a lifelong love for Ford vehicles.
Logan says his favorite part of being a technician is just being able to help people and the most valuable lesson he has learned as a technician is to have patience. His advice to anyone that may be entering the automotive field is to "buckle up, it's tough when you have to be the bearer of bad news". This can certainly be the case from time to time and Logan is exceptional at dealing with customers in these situations.
Logan's favorite memory from his career so far is getting a guided tour of the Roush car collection and meeting Jack Roush's daughter, Susan (Roush) McClenaghan. As part of the tour, he also experienced a behind-the-scenes look at Susan's personal drag car.
